About Sprouts

Sprouts are amongst the world’s most nutrient-dense foods.


They are bursting with all the goodness of their mature plant, in a highly concentrated form.


They are also characterised by high levels of bioactive compounds that can have antioxidant, disease prevention, anti-inflammatory and immune system benefits.
 

Some sprouts, such as broccoli, are thought to have chemoprotective properties, or having a possible role to play in fighting the development of cancer.


Sprouts are a low-food-mile source of plant protein.


What’s more – they taste delicious! Sprouts add flavour, colour and vitality to anything from sandwiches to stir-fries, salads and soups.
