Mung bean and Chinese bean sprouts

Sprouted mung beans are rich in antioxidants, minerals and vitamins. They are also high in protein. Chinese bean sprouts – a staple in Asian foods – are mung beans that have sprouted to a longer length, and have a high water content, making them extra juicy. We grow sprouted mung beans and distribute Chinese bean sprouts.

Sprouted lentils

Our salad mix is an exquisite blend of sprouted red and green lentils, mung and fenugreek seed. The nutritional value and digestability of lentils is improved with sprouting and the result is a crunchy, earthy and delicious protein pack that can be eaten on its own, in tacos or sandwiches, or as the hero of any salad.
